Music Monday :: PUP

So, as I’m sure many readers already know, big things are in the going for Toronto hometown heroes PUP. After all, their gory new video for the song If This Tour Doesn’t Kill You, I Will has been making the rounds across social media since its release on Wednesday.

A followup to their animated lyric video for DVP, this is the second video released in advance of their upcoming album. In fact, on the same day that the new12909419_1090916690930461_5931725221536557413_o video was released, the band also announced the details of their much-anticipated sophomore full-length.

The album, The Dream is Over, drops on May 27th through SideOneDummy Records& Royal Mountain Records.

So far, what is know about the album is predominantly the obvious: the title and artwork of course, and the inclusion of the two songs released as videos. It can also be assumed, though, that the band will also include an unnamed song they have played at shows throughout 2015- shown here during their set at last year’s Pouzza Festival.

It seems clear that the album will be available at their one-off Toronto show at the Phoenix Concert Theatre. However, when it comes to vinyl, they have warned an inquirer on their facebook page to preorder the new LP.
